About the position

The role of an End-to-End Sales Development Representative involves overseeing the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing post-sales relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • > Engage in conversations with clients to understand their business challenges and goals.
  • > Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor solutions to client requirements.
  • > Prepare and present proposals and quotes that address client needs.
  • > Clearly outline pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • > Engage in negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • > Address objections and concerns to move the sales process forward.
  • > Facilitate the contract review and signing process.
  • > Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  • > Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • > Communicate client requirements and expectations internally.
  • > Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • > Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • > Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
  • > Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
