About the position

LBank is a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, dedicated to providing users with professional financial services. The Listing Business Development (BD) Specialist will play a critical role in expanding LBank's portfolio of listed blockchain projects. This role involves researching and analyzing potential projects, negotiating listing agreements, and maintaining strategic industry relationships. The successful candidate will have a passion for the blockchain industry, strong sales acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• > Identify and Engage KOLs: (1) Research and identify potential KOLs and influencers within the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors. (2) Develop and implement strategies to engage and onboard these KOLs.
• > Relationship Management: (1) Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure ongoing collaboration and partnership. (2) Serve as the primary point of contact for KOLs, addressing any concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
• > Negotiation and Contract Management: (1) Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships with KOLs. (2) Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements with KOLs.
• > Campaign Development and Management: (1) Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop influencer campaigns that align with LBank’s objectives. (2) Oversee the execution of these campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet desired outcomes.
• > Performance Analysis: (1) Track and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. (2) Report on the effectiveness of partnerships and campaigns to senior management.
• > Market Research: (1) Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing and the blockchain industry. (2) Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform strategy.

Job Qualifications

• > Prior experience in developing affiliate/KOL/channels with cryptocurrency exchange (CEX) is preferred.
• > Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• > Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, influencer marketing, or a related field.
• > Proven track record of successfully managing KOL relationships and influencer campaigns.
• > Strong understanding of influencer marketing and KOL strategies.
• > Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• > Proficient in using social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
• > Proficiency in Persian or Turkey is required
