About the position

The Copywriter will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and persuasive content for various campaigns, events, and branding initiatives at YGG Pilipinas. This role involves developing engaging copy that aligns with the creative vision and brand identity, supporting the creative team’s efforts to deliver impactful and cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• > Develop high-quality, engaging copy for a range of formats including advertisements, social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• > Ensure all written content aligns with YGG Pilipinas’ brand voice, style, and visual identity, maintaining consistency across all communications.
• > Collaborate closely with the Senior Creatives and Marketing Manager and other team members to understand campaign goals and contribute to the development of creative strategies and messaging.
• > Assist in developing and implementing content strategies that effectively communicate the brand’s message and engage target audiences.
• > Review and revise content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Job Qualifications

• > Minimum of 2 years of experience in copywriting or scriptwriting preferably within the gaming, tech, or e-commerce industries.
• > Proficiency in crafting persuasive and engaging copy for commercial and marketing use
• > Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Docs, for collaborative writing and editing
• > Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• > Well-educated and strong interest in web3, gaming or crypto is highly desirable.
