About the position

The Senior Creatives Manager will oversee the creation of graphics and multimedia assets for campaigns with game clients, events, and YGG Pilipinas branding. The role involves running the day-to-day operations of the YGG Pilipinas creative team, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and providing creative vision and direction for campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

• > Create and oversee the production of graphics and multimedia assets for various campaigns, events, and YGG Pilipinas branding initiatives.
• > Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality and align with the brand’s visual identity.
• > Assist in running the day-to-day operations of the YGG Pilipinas creatives team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
• > Assist the Creative Director in managing the team, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
• > Foster a collaborative and motivating environment within the team.
• > Help in providing creative vision and direction for graphics and multimedia assets in campaigns.
• > Collaborate with other departments to understand campaign goals and develop creative strategies that effectively communicate the desired message.
• > Review and approve all creative materials before they are finalized and delivered.
• > Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative outputs.

Job Qualifications

• > At least 5 years experience in creative roles around gaming, tech or ecommerce
• > Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• > Strong understanding of visual storytelling and multimedia production.
• > Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• > Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• > Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to team members.
• > Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
